A lifelong Connecticut resident, Owner Steven Bibisi prides himself on helping people benefit from his knowledge of the complex income tax system.
Steve graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a degree in Accounting. In 2009, he began his company, Kingdom Financial Solutions after he realized how strategic tax planning could make a considerable difference to individuals, as well as to corporations’ financial well being. With over 150 clients, Steve specializes in individual tax returns, proactive tax planning services, audit and IRS inquiries and preparation, as well as investment strategies that reduce taxable income. Steve is also an expert in avoiding the Social Security “tax torpedo” that many face unexpectedly.
When Steve is not working, he enjoys writing poetry, and spending time with his two beautiful daughters. He is also a board member of Rabbonis Love, which provides financial support for widows and orphans throughout the world.
Jordyn Mednick serves as the Office Administrator at Kingdom Financial Solutions and is often the first friendly face clients see when they walk through our doors. She helps ensure the office runs smoothly by managing client communications, coordinating scheduling, and assisting with a variety of administrative and advisory support services that help both clients and the business succeed.
Jordyn graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology. She enjoys building positive relationships with clients and takes pride in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional experience for everyone who visits Kingdom Financial Solutions.
Outside of the office, Jordyn enjoys walking and running, playing tennis with her boyfriend, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with her family and her two dogs.
Sarah Chambers joined Kingdom Financial Solutions in 2024 as an Office and Tax Assistant and has grown into an integral part of the firm’s continued growth and development. Over the past two years, she has expanded her role to support, analyze, and improve business systems and processes, helping the team operate more efficiently, improve the client experience, and creating a strong foundation for the company’s continued growth.
Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Plymouth State University and a Master of Science in Elementary Education from Eastern Connecticut State University. Her diverse experience in nonprofit and private-sector environments has given her a unique combination of creative problem-solving, organization, and systems-thinking skills.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys going on adventures with her family, crafting, discovering new coffee shops and ice cream spots, and making the most of what New England has to offer.
